I liked the place, everything was amazing. The service offered was good. The location was stunning, just a short walk away from Northwood Shopping Plaza. The restaurant was just a short walk away from the hotel.

During my stay in a three-bedroom apartment with an oceanfront view, I really loved the pool area where the kids had a blast. The Starbucks staff were super friendly. We faced some challenges with cleanliness, as it seemed like the room hadn’t been fully prepared for us when we arrived. It wasn't a bad experience, but a bit of improvement in room maintenance would go a long way.

The best and peaceful setting, I had really good time.
the venue was reasonably clean and the staff were really helpful and competent. actually the room was a nice size and newly renovated with a separate bedroom, balcony, for example. the food was good, fabulous. i really enjoyed the stay here.

The room offers a beautiful ocean view that makes for a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The balcony provides the perfect space to sip on a drink while soaking in the sights and sounds of the beach.
Unfortunately, the maintenance of the facilities could use some attention. The jacuzzi was crowded due to inadequate heating, resulting in several guests unable to enjoy it. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of cockroaches in common areas and stained sheets upon arrival. The inconsistency with housekeeping was frustrating, as sometimes essentials like toilet paper were not replenished promptly. My experience with billing also raised concerns, with unauthorized charges that took days to resolve.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the beach with easy access just steps away. The kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and the lazy river for relaxation. Having Starbucks in the lobby was a huge plus, too!
